•       Gearbox: Three helical gear pinion / crown stages, working in permanent oil bath by immersion. Hermetical, two piece casing.

•       Driven by a 355kW electric motor.

•        Reinforced drum, working on oscillating roller bearings and bronze bushings,equipped with a differential type band brake, pneumatically actuated by pressure drop.

•        Automatic spooling gear device, fitted with torque limiter and manual emergency controls.

•       Sturdy, compact unit, painted with one coat of rust proofing primer and two coats of marine paint.
